We are sad to announce that on June 1, 2025, at the age of 80, Carl David Johnson of Red Level, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Carl is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Carl's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Janet Johnson of Andalusia; his children, David Johnson (Jessica) of Andalusia, Rebecka Johnson (Cecil) of Andalusia and Lisa Parkin (Zachary) of Andalusia; his sister Faye Zugay of Fort Myers, FL; and his niece Vickie Lawson of Chattanooga. He was also cherished by several other nieces and nephews, eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
