She was predeceased by: her daughter Dena Tubbs; and her brother Don Hebb. She is survived by: her husband Charles Allen of Red Level; her children, Robert Allen (Shelly) of West Virginia, Carrie Vaughn of Raymond and Wendy Eddy (Robert) of West Virginia; and her brother Ron Hebb (Paula) of Oklahoma. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
