She was predeceased by: her granddaughters, Monica Lisko and Allison Hall; her parents, George Whiddon and Mary Clide Whiddon; and her siblings, Velma Davis and Earl Whiddon.

She is survived by: her son Marvin; her daughter-in-law Diane Odom; her daughter Hilda; her son-in-law Jackie Hall of Opelika; her grandchildren, Mark Odom, Elizabeth Ann Sims (Ben) and Andrew Odom (Haley); her great grandchildren, Brooke Lisko, Whitman Sims, Aubree Lisko, Collier Sims, Perryn Sims, Anne Carlyle Sims, Lillie Odom and Olivia Odom; her brother Glen; and her sister-in-law Jeanette Whiddon of Monroeville. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Fairmount Baptist Church. A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
