She was predeceased by: her siblings, Peggy Wright and Bobby Carl Moss; and her parents, Walter Scott Moss and Grace Elmore Moss. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Lowe; her children, Karla Lowe Owen and Chad Lowe (Leslie); her sister Patsy Carroll (Rayburn); her siblings-in-law, Sherry Moss, Becky Griffin and Joe Wright; and her grandchildren, Hunter Kilgore, Carter Owen, Kelsey Lowe, Caleb Owen, Baylee Jaynes, Sadee Jaynes and Virginia Jaynes.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Reform First Baptist Church (210 2nd St SE, Reform, AL 35481). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to First Baptist Church of Reform, P.O. Box 100, Reform, AL 35481.
