He is survived by: his wife Debra Galbreath; his mother Eulene Galbreath; his children, Nikki Galbreath and Shane Galbreath (Amber); his stepson Nick Shelton (Erica); his sister Dedra Rushing (Randy); his grandchildren, Brad Jackson, Blake Shelton, Trent Hudson, Trevor Hudson, Riley Shelton, Ashlynn McElroy and Alanna McElroy; and his great grandchildren, Haven Jackson and Aria Jackson.
