With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gail Bonner Griffin of Reform, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 14, 2024 at the age of 81. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gail Bonner Griffin to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Olive D. Bonner and Jessie Minton Bonner; her husband Donald Strickland; her grandson Christopher Hickman; and her brothers, Milford Bonner, Alton Bonner and O. D. Bonner.

She is survived by : her daughters, Kathy McDaniel (Tony) and Tammy Parker (Jamie Oglesby); her grandchildren, Jessica Morris (Josh Smith), Ashley Mann (Veto), Jodi Griffith (Jonathan) and Bryanna Stephens (Taylor); her great grandchildren, Brandon, Wesley, Olivia Reece, Parker Kate, Ross, Rhett Griffith, Stella Morris, Georgia Lake, McKinzey, Christian, Everley and Tansley Mann; her sister-in-law Blanche Bonner; her nephews, Mark Bonner (Lisa) and Josh Bonner (Stacy); her niece Meagan Abramo (Carl); and her close friend Danny Cameron. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.

A graveside service was held on Friday, May 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Arbor Springs Baptist Church Cemetery (210 2nd St SE, Reform, AL 35481).

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to Arbor Springs Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, P.O. Box 879, Reform, AL 35481 or to a favorite charity.
