He is survived by: his wife Kay Shaw; his children, Amy Lucas (Joey), Kelly Lowery (David) and Timothy Shaw (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Kade Lucas, Hunter Lowery, Arlie Lucas, Houston Lowery, Riley Lucas, Olivia Lucas, Heidi Lowery, Anna Kate Shaw, Emmie Lucas and Gracie Leigh Shaw; his siblings, Etoy Lawrence (Fred) and Homer Shaw (Sara); and his sister-in-law Minnie Shaw Aldridge.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, 108 2nd Street NW, Reform, AL 35481.
