She was predeceased by: her aunts and uncles, Opal F. Gay, Ruby Williams, Eugene McCool and Johnny McCool; and her parents, Bobby Joe Miller and Nellie Ruth McCool Miller.
She is survived by: her husband Barry Irby; her children, Brandy Nicole Rush, Nina Walis (Jerry), D. J. Rush (Mesha) and Coty Irby; her grandchildren, Sapphire, Braleigh, Logan, Levi, Damon and Liam; her aunt Jewel Gay McCool; her uncles, James B. McCool and Rayford J. McCool; her former husband David J. Rush; Deion and Ericka Lark.
