It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mike Sparks of Reform, Alabama, who passed away on July 26, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Dana Fazekas Sparks; his daughters, Ashley Sparks and Jenny Fields; his brother Larry Sparks; and his parents, Thomas Oneil "Pee Wee" Sparks and Penny Abrams Sparks.
He is survived by: his daughter Casey Wiginton (Clark) of Gordo; his son-in-law Alan Fields of Reform; his sister Betty Margaret Grier (Ed); his grandchildren, Maci Fields Reed (Skyler), Corey Porter, Peyton Lowe, Drew Porter, Reagan Fields and Davis Wiginton; his sibling's children, Maggie, Tracie (Thomas), Ned and Brian (Susan); his great-nephew Ben; and his caregivers, Sandra Mayhew, Skeet Ford, Carol Fife, Betty Jean Hinton and Nickie Hammonds.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Skelton Funeral Home (2105 2nd St SW, Reform, AL 35481). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Skelton Funeral Home Chapel (2105 2nd St SW, Reform, AL 35481).
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to the Dementia Society of America, P. O. Box 600, Doylestown, PA 18901.
