He was predeceased by: his former wife Fern Bouchillon; his wife Joyce Diane Moore Bouchillon; his brothers, Boyd Bouchillon and Jimmy Bouchillon; and his parents, Samuel Horace Bouchillon and Mollie Jones Bouchillon.
He is survived by: his sister Ann Atkins of Northport; and his sibling's children, Freda Turnipseed of Millbrook, Margaret Chivington of Tucson, AZ, Janice Williams of Frederick, MD and Simuel Latham of Northport.
