She is survived by: her children, Angela Churchwell Shealy and James Curtis Churchwell Jr. (Kimberly); her grandchildren, Justis Churchwell (Skylar), Presley Ann Churchwell and Autumn Cheyenne Shealy; her great grandchild Carter Churchwell; and her sister Patricia Patton. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
