She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Lewis and Lydia Blackmon Lewis (Carlton Green); and her siblings, Carey Lewis, Junior Lewis, James Lewis, Carolyn Boatwright, Mary Chavers, Ruby Dell McCall, Virgie Bodiford, Clara Nell Bodiford and Claudia McDaniels.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Green (Jean Evers) of Repton, Ala and Laura Lambeth (Raymond) of Flomaton; her sister Alma Garagar of Biloxi, MS; and her grandchildren, Lydia Johnson of Atmore, Amy McClain (Jeremy) of Brooklyn and Brian Green (Amber) of Brewton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family members.
