He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Beaird, Sr. and Audrey Rushton. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Carpenter Beaird; his children, Emily Beaird Roach (Ken) and Paul Beaird (Sarah); his sister Janice Beaird Dabbas (Sonny); his grandchildren, Abbie Roach, Andrew Roach, Gavin Beaird and Daniel Beaird; and his stepgrandchildren, Aubree Roach and Ethan Roach.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Quattlebaum Funeral Home (319 College St, Roanoke, AL 36274). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Antioch Christian Church (8195 Co Rd 258, La Fayette, AL 36862).
In lieu of flowers, donations are encouraged to be given to either Antioch Congregational Christian Church, St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, or the Shriner's Children's Hospital.
