He is survived by: his wife Donna Cummings Willingham of Roanoke; his children, Rosemary Hamilton of Roanoke, Tracy Norred (Derick) of Roanoke, Ricky Willingham of Birmingham and Scott Willingham (Jamie) of Lanett; and his siblings, Loverne White of LaGrange, GA and Norred of LaFayette. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
