He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Sherman and Cora Madden Baldwin; his wife Barbara Bailey Baldwin; his daughter Shoan Sewell; and his siblings, Curtis Baldwin, Lavertis Baldwin, Roger Baldwin, Jettie Veal and Janelle Moon.
He is survived by: his children, Kendal Cotton (Chad) of Munford, AL, Brianne Poore of Munford, AL, Cindy Bishop (Nance) of Auburn, AL, Craig Baldwin (Misti) and Chris Stallings (Kim); and his son-in-law Ray Sewell of Munford. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Benefield Funeral Home (17624 US-431, Wedowee, AL 36278). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Benefield Funeral Chapel (17624 US-431, Wedowee, AL 36278). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at the Highway Congregational Methodist Church Cemetery (12255 Co Rd 65, Roanoke, AL 36279-4590).
