He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Hornsby and Pearl Cummings Hornsby; his wife Glenda Hornsby; and his son Oliver Jeremy Hornsby. He is survived by: his son Cameron Hornsby (Jennifer) of Dallas, GA; his grandchild Madison Hornsby; and his sister Linda Anglin of Texas.
