It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Thornton Anthony Jr. of Roanoke, Alabama, who passed away on June 5, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Thornton Anthony, Sr. and Barbara Wilkerson Anthony; and his grandchildren, Jackson Irvin Anthony and Grace Helen Anthony. He is survived by: his children, Lew Anthony of Chattanooga, TN and Liz Hadaway (Will) of Waverly, AL; his grandchildren, Colton Wynn Anthony and Willow Jane Hadaway; the mother of his children Jane Irvin Anthony of Roanoke; and his brothers, Steve Anthony of Roanoke and Bill Anthony of Roanoke.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to Lowell United Methodist Church, 325 Handley Avenue, Roanoke, AL 36274.
