He is survived by: his wife Rita J. Bell (Goodwin); his daughters, Felicia Bell-Turman (Pastor Patrick) and LaRissa Miller (Stephen); his grandchildren, Nahla Turman of Roanoke, Essyence Miller of Roanoke, Stephen Miller, Jr. of Roanoke and Ava Turman of Roanoke; his siblings, Elder Fred Bell (Melinda) of Riverdale, GA, Elder Brady D. Bell (Minnie) of Roanoke, Zebedee Bell (LaRonna) of Washington, DC, Frances Howell of LaFayette and Yvonne Bell of Roanoke; his cousin John Ceroy Bell, Jr. of Las Vegas, NV; and his friend Isaiah Lee Bell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, church family, coworkers, neighbors, and dear friends.
