It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Shepard of Roanoke, Alabama, who passed away on February 5, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Jerry Levi and Mattie Francis Gore Shepard; his wife Penny Shepard; his grandson Justin Shepard; and his siblings, Harlin Sheppard, Delte Sheppard, Novis Gazaway, Marline Moon, Jerry Sheppard and Wayne Shepard.

He is survived by : his daughters, Lesleigh Deloach (Marty) and Lori Walton; his granddaughter Leah; his great grandchild Grayson; his siblings, Dianne Sego, Elaine Clark and Travis Sheppard; and his close friend Casey Hand.

Memorials may be floral or donations may be made to Quattlebaum Funeral Home to go toward final expenses.
