He is survived by: his children, Connie Banks Brown of Ranburne, Jennifer Webb Rushton (William) of Roanoke and Timothy Banks (Michelle) of Tyrone, GA; his grandchildren, Shelby Peterson (Jacob), Jake Banks (Emily), Haley Banks, Riley Earl, Seth Brown (Olivia) and Brodie Banks; and his great grandchildren, Colson Earl and Rainey Jane Banks.
