She was predeceased by: her parents, Enos C. Noles and Vannie Freeman Noles; her husband Rev. Cecil Halsey; her son Shannon Halsey; and her siblings, Edd Noles, Opal Mitchell and Mary Edmondson.
She is survived by: her children, Cecilia Mitchell (Roger) of Smiths Station, Vonda Woody (Scott) of Roanoke, Stoney Halsey (Melissa) of Roanoke and Ed Halsey (Rhonda) of Roanoke; and her daughter-in-law Patricia Halsey of Beauregard. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
