He is survived by: his wife Connie Gay Dugger; his children, Jenny Young (Jeff) of Roanoke and Tim Dugger (Tara) of Nashville, TN; his grandchildren, Chris Brooks and Paul Brooks; his great grandchildren, Raighnlynn Grace Milam, Camdyn James Brooks and Christopher Grayson Brooks; and his sister Beverly Garland (David) of Knoxville, TN..
