She was predeceased by: her brother Richard Lee Parmer, Jr.; and her grandparents, C. L. (Lee), Janett Parmer and Frances Crowe. She is survived by: her grandfather Frank Crowe of Roanoke; her significant other Lorien Allen of Roanoke; and her parents, Richard Lee, Sr. and Rita Jean Crowe Parmer of Roanoke. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Memorials may be floral or the family requests donations be made in her memory to the Randolph County Animal Shelter or to the Mayo Clinic to assist in CTE research.
