He is survived by: his wife Brenda Reaves Fetner; his children, Bryan Fetner, Daniel Fetner (Michele), Suzanne Canavan (Sean) and Stephan Fetner (Brittney); his grandchildren, Clay Fetner (Alli), Rachel Adams (Blake), Abigail Canavan, Timothy Canavan, Stephen Canavan and Cassidy Fetner; his great grandchild Lottie Joanne Fetner; and his sister Martha Baba.

Visitation was held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Faith Baptist Church (820 Gordon St, Roanoke, AL 36274). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at the Concord Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery (52376 AL-22, Wadley, AL 36274).
