He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Moseley and Lexie Moseley; and his brothers, Frank Moseley and Tommy Moseley. He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Fetner (Richie) of Roanoke, Alabama; his grandchildren, Lindsey Franklin and Lowery Franklin of Roanoke, Alabama; and his siblings, Sheila Moseley of Columbus, Georgia, Richard Moseley (Helen) of Columbus and Gary Moseley (Cynthia) of Phenix City, Alabama. He is also survived by several nephews and a niece.
