He is survived by: his wife Deloris Stevens of Roanoke, Alabama; his daughter Emily Bayers (Thomas) of Phenix City, Alabama; his siblings, Grady Stevens (Johnnie) of California, Peggy Trammell (Ralph), Velma Henderson (Carl) of Roanoke, Alabama, Ruby Morgan (Lou) of Texas, Eva Phillips (Willie) of Roanoke, Alabama and Farris Jackson (Elijah, Jr.); his aunts, Jean Owensby and Frances Whatley; and his grandchildren, Landy-Kate Bayers and Walker Bayers of Phenix City, Alabama.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
