He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Anderson Rowland of Roanoke; his children, Kelvin Rowland of Roanoke, Ariel Rowland of Roanoke and Gwinette Fuller of Atlanta; and his siblings, Monica Rowland of Roanoke, Teresia Rowland of Roanoke, Evelyn Rowland of Birmingham, Rhonda Rowland of Roanoke, Calvin Rowland (Beverly) of Birmingham, Samuel Rowland (Deborah) of Valdosta, Thomas Rowland (Linda) of Roanoke, Kenneth Rowland of Roanoke and Wayne Rowland (Candy) of Roanoke. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
