He is survived by: his wife Doris "Susie" Martin Smith; his children, Charles Eric Smith and Mandy Lynette Smith; his grandchildren, Erica, Andrew and Olivia; and his great grandchildren, Terrence, Trece, Tayden, Ellie Kate and Rivers.
