He is survived by: his wife Leah Smithart; his children, Aubrey "Bo" Smithart, Hannah Smithart, Amanda Halstead (Tran), Jennifer Cody and Tabitha Dutcher; his grandchildren, Riley, Caleb, Fisher, Scarlett and Walker; his parents, Aubrey Smithart and Carol Smithart; and his siblings, Frank (MaryAnn), Josh (Monica) and Janice Hampton (Mike). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
