He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubrey Boatwright and Annie Lou Boatwright (Skipper); his wife Betty Louise Turberville Boatwright; his daughter Stacy Boatwright Butler; and his brother Gary Boatwright.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy May (Jeff) and Kimberly Busch (Rodney); his siblings, Charlotte Hoffman and Bobby Boatwright; and his grandchildren, Miranda Stump (Nathan), Zachary May (Seth Thompson), Jessica Burton (Wesley), Megan Busch (Kaleb Wright), Brittney Butler and Robert Butler II (Brooke). He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Mack Funeral Home Chapel (22154 AL-59, Robertsdale, AL 36567). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
