It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darlene Bordelon of Robertsdale, Alabama, born in Mobile, Alabama, who passed away on May 6, 2026, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest Dewy Brooks and Gladys Leona Brooks; her husband John Bordelon; her son Joseph Leon Johnson, Jr.; and her siblings, Dorene Annette Salter, Christine Skipper, Robert Brooks, Gloria Jean Lewis and Barbara Capps.
She is survived by: her daughters, Teretha Richards and Christy Bordelon; and her siblings, Eddie Ray Brooks, Sherene Skipper, Ricky Brooks, Charlene Ray, Rose Lishman, Ann Aimsworth and Pauline Berryman. She is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
