Though Dawn may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Doug Rhodes and Maureen Rhodes of Foley; her children, Chad (Jenny) of Orange, TX and Ashley (Todd Thompson) of Loxley, AL.; her siblings, Beverly Hawkins of Cantonment, FL, Tina Jones (Mike) of Foley, AL and Renae O'Neal of Foley, AL.; her grandchildren, Austin Thomas, Brooklyn Thomas of Gulf Shores, AL and Tucker Thompson (Ellie) of Silverhill, AL; and her great grandchild Brooks Michael Thomas. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 4:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pine Rest Funeral Home (16541 US-98, Foley, AL 36535). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
