With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joseph Cleveland Waters (Robertsdale, Alabama), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 14, 2025 at the age of 85. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernie and Annie Jewel; and his brothers, Dan and Wayland (Cyndy). He is survived by: his siblings, Jane, Reya, Helen and Oscar; his children, Geren, Warren and Josie; his grandchildren, Vivienne, Beatrix Airhart, Allison, Amber, Alex Leister and Cyndy; Jennifer.
