He was predeceased by: his father Paul Wayne Winborne, Sr.; and his sister Tracy Lynn Berry. He is survived by: his wife Norma Leigh Winborne; his mother Helen Fanella; his children, Courtney Winborne, Morgan Winborne, Maddison Hauck (Ryan), Cullen Newhouse and Brett Newhouse (Ashley); and his grandchildren, Logan, Connor Newhouse, Rhyan Hauck, Christina Randall, Aaliyah Winborne and Amari Pierre.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Silverhill First Baptist Church.
