He was predeceased by: his parents, J. R. Hinote and Hazel Anderson; and his brother Linal "Bud" Hinote. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Cooper Hinote; his children, Terry Thrasher (B. D.), Roger Hinote (Ceci), Kay Ellison (Shane), Kris Pierce (Brian) and Bart Hinote (Dana); and his grandchildren, Forrest Thrasher, Morgan Thrasher, Jordan Ledbetter, Taylor Hinote, Brandon Hinote, Ashley Hinote, Landon Ellison, Brooke Flowers, Makenzie Ellison, Mary Kathryn McKenzie, Briana Bosarge, Emily Schoolcraft, Jarrett Hinote and Lily Hinote. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Loxley Church of Grace View. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
