William Wingo Obituary

We announce the death of William Wingo of Robertsdale, Alabama, who passed away on July 30, 2026, at the age of 81. William will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Leslie Wingo Sr. and Martha Wingo; his sister Ann Hinton; and his son Charles "Jeffrey" Wingo. He is survived by: his wife Rita Driver Wingo; his child Lee Wingo (Mendy); his granddaughter Morgan Wingo; his stepgrandchildren, Daven and Masen; his daughter Jennifer Wingo Andrews; his grandson Tucker Andrews; his brother John "Nelson" Wingo (Cindy); his brother-in-law Alan Hinton; and his close friend Dr. Keeth Lane.
