He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Sue Cowart; his children, Deborah Miller (David), Cindy Strange (Kenny), Pamela Turner (Michael), Wayne Emfinger (Tommy Mitchell) and Kenneth Cowart (Candace); his grandchildren, Aaron Hamilton (Samantha), Keith Stroud (Brennis), Emily Johnson (Daniel), Andrew Emfinger, Jessica Schoenhardt (David), David Turner, Daren Turner (Rob), Kenny Cowart, Tucker Cowart (Kaylee), Heather Barber (Dillon), Olivia Floyd and Will Floyd; his great grandchildren, Bailee Hamilton, Oliver Johnson, Eason Hamilton, Kinsley Stroud, Raylan Schoenhardt, Keely Stroud, Kylie Stroud, Holden Schoenhardt, Blakely Cowart, Sarah Barber, Hailie Barber and Lydia Emfinger; and his brothers, Cecil Cowart and Willie Cowart (Laurette). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
