He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Brown and Evelyn Brown; and his brothers, Dearl Brown and Larry Brown. He is survived by: his wife Julia Brown; his children, Rhonda Jones (Danny), Tony Brown (Karen) and Troy Brown; his grandchildren, Taylor Smith (Mitchem), Will Brown, Allie Beth Brown and Courtney Embry (Micah); his great grandchildren, Anniston Smith, Oaklyn Smith, Addi and Lexi Embry; his brothers, Thomas Duel Brown (Edith) and Jerry Brown (Becky); and his sisters-in-law, Marie Brown and Betty Brown. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rogersville Funeral Home (18275 US-72, Rogersville, AL 35652). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the New Hope Baptist Church.
