She was predeceased by: her son Christopher Boykin; her parents, Jo Ann Thomas and Buck Thomas; her nephew Scott Shook; and her brother-in-law Jake Canerday.
She is survived by: her husband Phillip; her children, Samantha Parker and Teddy Boykin; and her siblings, Marsha, Pamala, Johnnie (Robert), Annette (Greg) and Brandon (Tiffany). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
