He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Williams and Vera Williams; and his siblings, Ray, Jack, Gerald, Bill Williams, Ivanell Newton and Debra Yancey.

He is survived by: his sisters, Linda Butler (Jerry Paul) and Betty Kelley.
