It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Monroe Kenneth Bevil of Rogersville, Alabama, who passed away on February 15, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jasper Monroe Bevil and Zeola Buckelew Carter; his grandson Chase Springer; and his siblings, Patricia Clem and Steve Bevil.
He is survived by: his children, Betty McConnell (Ted) of Moulton, Carol Raney (Mike) of Muscle Shoals, Kent Bevil (Vicki) of Athens and Chris Bevil (Carol Ann) of Birmingham; his brothers, Donald Carter (Linda) of Athens, Gene Bevil (Barbara) and Jerry Bevil (Dianna); and his aunt Yvonne Clem (Fred) of Athens. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren.
