He was predeceased by: his father Clifford Lee Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Tonya Robbins Thomas; his mother Phillis Harlow Allison; his children, Ryan Thomas, Patrick Robbins, Sean Thomas and Marley Thomas; and his siblings, Darrel Thomas (Stephanie), Tammy Pennington (Bill) and Shelly Thomas.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Pettus Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society in Phil's memory.
