He was predeceased by: his parents, William Garrett and Lorene Garrett; and his siblings, Donald Garrett, George William Garrett and Geneva McNally.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Garrett; his children, Chris Garrett (Heather), Cory Garrett (Christy Black) and Cassie Mason (Ashley Haygood); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Phillips, Connor Garrett, Mattie Grace, Sara Beth Garrett, Lila, Braydee Aday and Rachel Tippit; and his great grandchild Pearson Phillips. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
