He was predeceased by: his parents, George Stowers and Barbara Harris Stowers of Rosinton; and his sister Patricia Patterson. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Stowers; his children, Debbie Bryant (Johnny Bryant), Carol Austin (Brian Austin) and George Stowers (Alia Stowers); his grandchildren, Micheal, Hayley, Dominique, Joshua, Eddie, Elias and Cyrus; his great grandchild Gareth; and his siblings, Clayton Stowers and Mary Matthews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Coastal Church to finish a benevolence project that was on Steve's heart to complete; please see his FaceBook page for more details.
