She was predeceased by: her son David Young; her parents, Eugene Hacker and Florence Hacker (Hurley); and her siblings, Dora, Lorene, Cleveland, Lennis, Hazel, Louise, Meathel, Verlon, Berline, Gayleard and Eva.
She is survived by: her husband Edward Okerblom; her children, Wanda Robinson (Tom), Linda Young, Jean Anne Lowie, Edward McReynolds (Rita) and Lynette Gubernick (Mike); her grandchildren, Joel, Tammy, Tommy, Laura, Brad, Chad and Jeremy; and her sisters, Jewel Powell and Nita Bugge (Mike). She is also survived by great-grandchildren, great -great- grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Spry Memorial Chapel/ Funeral Home (907 Jackson Ave S, Russellville, AL 35653-2625). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
