He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Smith and Nannie Smith. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Shelby, Reece and Cami Beth; and his siblings, Patsy Gist (Danny), Faye Tompkins and Ricky Smith. He is also survived by his wife, daughter, and grandchildren.
