With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Johnnie Eldon Kimbrough of Russellville, Alabama, who passed away on October 10, 2023 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his former life partner Shara Lynn Kimbrough; his parents, James Eldon and Vivian Louise Kimbrough (Winstead); and his brother Timmy Wayne "Bro" Kimbrough. He is survived by : his wife Kathy Fretwell Kimbrough; his daughter Lisa Kimbrough; his stepdaughters, April Gandy and Ashley Thompson; his stepgrandchildren, Simeon Broome, Levi Bryant, Malachi Minor and Uriah Thompson; and his sister Jan (Royce Bragwell). He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
