He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Bugge and Jean Fay Bugge (Batchelor); his brothers, David Bugge, Sr. and Jeff Bugge; and his brother-in-law Chuck Huebner.
He is survived by: his wife Belva J. "Nita" Hacker Bugge; his children, Max Livingston and Tanya Hughes; his grandchildren, Ciara, Kayla, Alexa, Haley, Joshua, Malakai and Grace; his great grandchildren, Leo and Ronan; and his sister Sue Huebner. He is also survived by nieces & nephews, as well as a host of other family and friends.
