He was predeceased by : his stepparents, Ethel Wingard and Ray Sr.; and his brothers, Jim Brazell and Ed Brazell. He is survived by : his wife Jo Page Brazell; his daughter Toni; his son-in-law Tony Johnson; his stepson Len Page (Jeanette); his grandchildren, Cory Boots Johnson (Natalie), Hannah Thompson (Tristan), Michael Spears Brazell, CJ Page and Kiowa Page; his great grandchild Hayes Boots Johnson; and his siblings, Ray Brazell and Sharon Brazell.
