He was predeceased by: his parents, Boise Lee Oden Sr. and Gussie Mae Gentry Oden; and his siblings, Lela Mae Oden Buckhannon, Essie Buckhannon, Robert Oden, James Oden Sr. and Boise Oden Jr..
He is survived by: his sisters, Rose Parker (Thomas) and Jenny Lynn Adams; his siblings-in-law, Anthony Buckhannon, Willie Ann Oden and Princess Mae Oden; his nieces, Farrah Adams, Connie Brown and Kenya Parker; his nephew Jeffery Adams; and his close friends, Ivy Penhale and Justin Gentry.
